The transformation back to human was less jarring than the time before, but the timing could have been better. He didn’t quite transform in the middle of the Demacian court, but it was a close call.
They couldn’t very well make his predicament known, even within the court, so there was a hasty excuse about a guard captain arriving and Azir rushing back to Shurima post haste with the promise that negotiations will continue when he eventually returns.
This leaves Azir, currently posing as said guard captain, stashed away in the barracks with the rest of the delegation. It could have been worse, certainly, but he is still fuming over the bad timing and decides to take out some of his pent up aggression on the training dummies.
One arrow after another. He is efficient, deadly and it significantly improves his mood to imagine greymages in place of the targets.
