✘     “What time are we leaving to meet your mother?” Jun had never put much stock in meeting people’s parents before Jin. His own parents had been such absent forces in his life and he’d never kept a serious relationship long enough to merit all of this, but with Jin it was different. This was a relationship that mattered to Jun, and he wanted to take the steps to properly maintain it. And not for nothing, he was curious to meet this mysterious mother Jin never really spoke about. "You want to hear a story?.” Jae glanced up from his paperwork at the Gemma, the smallest of smiles on his face. It’d be a lie to say that his heart had shifted very much in terms of his feelings for her, but there was definitely a fondness for her that hadn’t been there initially.
