Authorities rescue 17-year-old human trafficking victim in San Bernardino
CALIFORNIA – Last month, authorities rescued a 17-year-old human trafficking victim in San Bernardino after investigators from the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force received information from the Redlands Police Department regarding a female juvenile being exploited at a local motel.

County Supervisors OK Program To Help Homeless Youth CALIFORNIA – San Diego recently approved a program to help young people at risk for homelessness. The Housing Our Youth program “will focus on ending generational cycles of homelessness.” The program will prioritize assistance for former foster youth throughout the county, including those who are also pregnant or parenting, and those who are at risk of commercial sexual exploitation or human trafficking.

South Fulton makes arrest in 3rd possible sex trafficking case this month
GEORGIA – A South Fulton man was arrested in the third case of possible human trafficking the city’s police department investigated in May. A 15-year-old victim was also rescued as a result of the investigation.

Complaint alleges sex trafficking took place at three Aiken County motels
GEORGIA – A complaint filed through the Second Judicial Circuit alleges three Aiken County motels knew and profited from sex trafficking between August 2017 and 2018.

DC Police Charge 2 MD Men With Child Sex Trafficking WASHINGTON, DC – Detectives recently arrested two suspects and charged them with sex trafficking of children. According to a police release, both suspects traveled from Maryland to D.C. in order to engage in a commercial sex act knowing that the person was a child.

Barren County man accused of promoting child human trafficking
KENTUCKY – Following an investigation that began after a February complaint, Barren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man on a charge of promoting human trafficking victim under 18 years old and five counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, according to his arrest citation.
