The Cycle of Relationships

Marina and I were talking about relationships the other day and she brought up the "hump year" (no this is not a sexual reference). I had no idea what she was talking about so when I came back home I ended up googling it. I found this interesting article about the cycle of relationship written by Tobe Hitch in 2010, who descriptively describes how each relationship progresses unconsciously. 6 Month Bump, 1 Year Hump, 2 Year Done. It's pretty well written in my opinion. Funny thing is that I noticed that I have experienced this first hand in the past, and I didn't even know it.
