Welcome to this weeks blog on Mandatory Gear and what you might need to carry when attempting a larger trail run.
Last weekend saw a few of our runners out at the local trail running event which included 100 miles, 100kms, 50, 42, 30, 21, 15, and 5kms. The events were spread over two days, and the “miler” and “hundie” had 32 hours to complete numerous loops of 21km. Runners came…
