Me, I’ve got my head in the books trying to finalise all my Nutrition Courses and to add more to my repertoire. I get out once a day for my coffee and essential shopping and I also might throw in a 5km. Funny that, I’ve now got all the time in the world, and no time for training… I’m guessing that wasn’t the issue. Motivation, mindset, whatever…
