sampo and sparkle have a masked fool thing going on. sparkle scares him a tiny bit but it's in a funnnn way and and sparkle likes messing with him. sampo and stelle have a kind of "he always tries to pull one past me but we end up as accomplices anyway. which is how i like it but let's pretend this bothers me" dynamic. it is romantic for them. topaz and sampo have a kind of..... have you heard the song "make me happy" from 35mm the musical? it's like that. they both suck a little bit, but it's not in an incompetent way (it's the opposite, they're both very competent. sampo is still pathetic though). idk they have very "bitchy married couple" energy to me. sparkle is constantly trying to get a rivalry dynamic going with various women where they chase after her and try to figure her out (being figured out scares and excites her in equal measure), and stelle is like. The person to fall for that. topaz should get to tie stelle up. anddd i think topaz and sparkle would want more than anything to get under each others skin. topaz is put together and sparkle would loveee to see her whining and begging i think. which topaz would of course pick up on, and her response would be to try and unravel sparkle first. anway i could throw more characters into this dynamic (my top contender is aventurine) but i won't. i'll hold myself back from making this polycule even worse . but it's taking a lot of effort .
