Ribs will always be THAT song
Indulge in the irresistible flavors of smoky maple glaze on perfectly cooked baby back ribs. This BBQ recipe, designed for America's Coolest Pizza Ovens, guarantees a mouthwatering experience that will elevate your outdoor cooking game.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your America's Coolest Pizza Oven to 250F 120C. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the BBQ glaze. Place the racks of ribs on a large baking sheet and generously brush both sides with the maple glaze. Slow cook the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 375F 190C and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and tender. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the smoky maple glazed BBQ ribs with your favorite sides and enjoy!
