"You are under arrest."
Hunter!Theo || timidginger || On The Job
"LET ME GO!"
Theo simply pushed the man to the wall, muffling his screams as he cuffed his wrists. Just another day of catching bad guys and bring justice down. Well, the hunter wasn't sure about the last part, but at least he get money out of the deal. So it's a win-win situation, or at least... It is on his part. After succeeding with the bonds, he simply sat on the poor man until someone picked him up.
The exchange was fairly simple and clean; just capture the man alive and he will get a few thousand bucks. No biggie. But due to certain circumstances, he never told Elisha about his job because she might think he was done with those things. Being shady and mysterious and all that. So when he whistled happily with his money in a briefcase, he was shocked to find the familiar face once he turned towards a nearby cafe.
"Ellie!" His voice was two octave higher, trying to hide his stash even though it was pointless. "Uh... what are you doing? In this um, shady part of town?"
isithotenoughforyounow || Where's My Witch?
It was a long walk from his hut to Augsburg, but Theo wasn't in the mood for complaining. He has to find that darn witch who wrecked his part of the woods so she could capture children and- Well, you know how the story goes. However, when he was about to search for the bitch, she already migrated someplace else. Hence why the hunter walked all the way to the nearest town, hopefully getting some clues as to where she's living right now just so he could burn her on the stake.
Once he saw the name 'Augsburg', Theo narrowed his eyes and stepped to the nearest pub/restaurant he could find. It was dimly lighted, packed with townspeople that stopped talking once he walked inside. Eyes were following him discreetly, but he shrugged it away as he made his way towards the barkeeper. "Hi. Have you met a witch recently?" But since the middle-aged man keep his face plain, Theo started to describe her looks, which gained a nod afterwards. "The Dark Forest Witch." Theo's blood boiled once the barkeeper stated that name, which he knew was the name of his target. "Exactly. So where can I meet her?"
However, his next answer was not what he expected at all. "You're two days late; she's dead. Killed by her and her brother." Once the hand pointed at a certain table, Theo slowly turned around eerily and marched towards the fierce girl who was just sitting there, presumably busy with her own mind. "You." The hunter started, tugging his leather vest with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "You kill my witch."

Theo sighed desperately, raising his hands so he could get another bottle of beer. Apparently, even after 6 bottle of brew, there's still no luck on finding this children. According to his employer, all of them are runaways with big bucks, but only if Theo was able find them. The hunter would be glad to drop the case, unfortunately... He has no money to do so. Either he find these kids or starved.
He stayed in a motel for today, chasing a lead of a brunette girl that was on his first page of his files. 16, reckless, and probably ran away with that stupid boyfriend of hers. At least, that was what her parent stated. However, when he looked down from the bar... He caught a glimpse of a little boy instead. He seemed lost and unhappy... Or maybe it was just how his face programmed. "Hello?" The hunter waved, raising his eyebrows. "Can I help you? Do you need something, or are you here to buy food?" The bar itself was mounted inside a restaurant, but since it was three or four in the morning... There's only Theo and the bartender. "Are you here by yourself?"
love-is-vengeful || Another Hunt.
"Okay. Is there anything else I should know?" This particular client was very meticulous; Theo had been spending 30 minutes writing down all of the little details he knew about the hunter's particular target. Name, date of birth, place of birth, hair color, eye color-
"That would be all." The raspy voice from across the phone gave Theo the creeps. Either this man is very old or he was having a case of one severe cold.
"You know, I've seen her from the address that you gave me. I think I could manage just fine. I know her schedule for this whole week, in fact." Yes, that's what Theo was good at; looking at people and determined their daily life. But the man chuckled darkly, and the hunter could imagine him shaking his bald head (or perhaps with a thin layer of hair), even though he never met his client. Another policy that he had; no face meetings. Ever.
"Oh, but you'll need more preparation if you want to catch her alive. If I told you to bring her head, that's another story entirely." But from his voice, Theo guessed that he wanted to do just that; killing the girl. Normally, he would oppose for something like this, but since he was in a tight crunch for money... The man just have to improvise and pretended he was doing it for the right cause. Maybe this girl was trouble to the world. If that was true, he'd be doing everyone a favor.
"Very well. You'll have her tomorrow then."
"Let's make it a week, Mr. Finley. Who knows that you might not as competent as you think." Then with another soft, dark chuckle, the man terminated the phone connection. Theo furrowed, obviously wounded by his client's lack of trust. But as he stood in front of the target's house wearing his fake delivery blouse and cap, he thought about it. Theo had took extra precaution; two daggers instead of one, even a stun gun inside his sock. So he should be prepared for everything... right? He tried to push the annoying thought aside as he knocked on the door.
"Delivery for someone name... Melina?"

[case file : CONFIDENTIAL.]
Theo rolled his eyes and dropped the files to the nearby coffee table, walking to the window once more. He had been doing that all day, even all week. But the recon was coming to an end; he got the target's schedule, what he liked in his food, what his favorite drink... Based on his every day life, of course. The hunter hated case files, really; Theo found it to be a pain in the butt. So all he needed from the bundle of papers were name and address, and that was it. He would be spending time doing what he did best; watching.
It was morning in a damp summer night when he got the job; a ping in his email and voila. Theo didn't check who sent it, just what to do and instructions to get his case files. Not that he would read it, of course. He just did it to impress his client, whom he never met in person. Theo scoffed when he saw how thick it was; his eyes would hurt even with only the first paragraph. It won't interfere with his scouting. It never was.
But as peeked through his telescope, his heart jumped a little when he was his target. The man was bald, scrawny, and always looked in a hurry. 10 minutes from now, he would buy a newspaper, just like what he did every morning. At this time, Theo should went downstairs and ready to grab him in the corner. He shrugged his jacket on, but before he walked out of his rented yet shabby apartment, he saw something; a flash of red. Hmm. That's odd... But nevertheless, Theo tried to push that little detail away as he made his way downstairs.
Verse: Hunter!Theo ((Modern Verse))
His wardrobe was pretty much the same like Normal!Theo, except he has Hunter!Theo's behavior. He rarely meet his clients, and usually accepts requests via email. He (almost) always get the job done.
Verse: Hunter!Theo ((Old Verse))
Still with an amnesia, Theo didn't know that he's a demigod but has been trained to a hunter. Not assassin, hunter. Demons, vampires, werewolves, he'd done it all. He has been trying to hunt for witches, but somehow he couldn't find them. As far as he knew, he doesn't have any parents, live in a remote cabin by the woods, and he only lives for his job, period. He wears leather jacket, sometimes something furry to keep him warm, and he has long hair that he tied to a ponytail. He is not annoying at all in this verse; in fact, he's really modest and kind. But calculative.
