Owl: Hunter --> Fletcher

Fletcher,

I know this is really short notice but do you remember last summer when you said in your letter that if things get difficult I’m welcome at your house?  I was wondering if that still applied, because unfortunately things have gotten really difficult really fast.  It’s fine if it’s not a good time, especially since it’s the holidays, I’m just not really sure where else to go. 

If you say yes, I promise I’ll explain it as soon as I see you, and if you can’t then I’ll tell you when we get back to school.  It’s just one of those things that you need to be told about in person.  I’ll probably be in Diagon Alley if you want to meet there, or something.  (Do you have access to the Floo network?  Because that’d make it a lot easier). Just let me know as soon as you can.

Just to preface this I want to say there is no need to explain to me if you don’t want to. When I said you were always welcome I meant it. No strings attached. 

I can meet you in Diagon Alley though if you prefer, but my house is connected to floo if you just wanted to nip right on over too. Or I could drive over if you’d be more comfortable with that….. However i’ve heard parking in London is a real bitch so that might be the less economical option. 

BUT no matter what, if you find yourself in need before I can get there 104 Okus Rd, Old Town, Swindon will get you where you need to be.

Ex’s & Oh’s | Fletcher & Hunter

It may have come as a surprise to most but organized sports weren’t exactly Fletcher’s thing. 

I mean sure he occasionally watched a Quidditch game or two, or maybe some Rugby or Football if prodded by a more muggle inclined friend but for the most part Fletcher treated sporting events like he would a Venomous Tentacula. Very carefully and preferably not at all. 

But today had been grueling none the least and Fletcher decided he needed a break, something needed something mindless to do, and Quidditch seemed to be exactly what he needed. Except for the fact there didn’t seem to be any Quidditch going on at this moment, as he stood overlooking the relatively empty pitch, a few players zooming about. Scanning the stand Fletcher bit his lip, confusion written all over his face. Well that was until he spotted Hunter 

“Well fancy seeing you here.” Fletcher said with a nod, as he came to sit next to the Hufflepuff “So question are we super early, or did I miss the game somehow?”
