Holophones are provided to all residents of the Ark for their convenience. Holophones provide a means to discover and contact other residents, navigate the Ark, and much, much more! It is your choice whether you want to use it, of course.

If you truly wish to return your holophone, you may attempt to give it to the Commerce Protocol. However, you might hurt her feelings.
