I really love how Meruem pointed out that humans select leaders based on blood relations and connections instead of leadership qualities though its ironic because he was born king of the chimera ants luckily he proved to be a smart and capable leader.Now if only he could beat Komugi at that board game.

Exactly I thought that was a little hypocritical on his part but he believed since the beginning that he was an amazing being who deserved to rule so I don’t think he saw it the same

I think he believed he just happened to be born the king but he has the power and the intellect that makes him deserving of the crown but he still wasn’t smart enough to beat Komugi lol
