During college, Gon did alot of clinical studies for money, and afterwards he sorta got addicted to it since it gave him a lot of purpose, a given schedule to follow, it was something to do ranging from days to weeks and could be pretty fun with breaks between interesting studies while he spent his new paycheck. He usually did any Zoldyck clinical studies because they paid the patients the most afterward and they were the most interesting if not a little weird at times. And Killua just got his degree and liscense to conduct experiments and posted his first request for clinical volunteers for his Zoldyck sensual-based study, paid.
