If u have short buzzed hair on the back of ur head I highly recommend letting ur head hang forward propping your elbow up on ur knee stare at the floor or close ur eyes so u can't see it's ur own arm reaching behind u and gently scritch and comb the buzzed hair and pretend it's your beloved (platonic or romantic either works) petting u.

The only thing that makes it feel better when it's like this is if someone is very niceys to me and massages everything from fingertips to jaw and then also actually gradually pulls it out of the socket partway
