“ it’s  nothing,  valentine,  just  filet  mignon  and  roasted  asparagus. ”  the  snakes’  visage  is  smooth,  his  scales  inscrutable  in  comparison  to  his  colleagues.  they’re  maskless—vulnerable,  bare  naked  and  exposed  to  the  dangers  that  await  them.  the  least  he  can  do  is  make  sure  one  of  his  favorites  is  well  fed  before  she  ultimately  expended.  it’s  a  sacrifice  he’s  willing  to  make.  eerily  detached  from  his  team,  he  knows  that  a  means  to  an  end  is  not  simple.  it  requires  a  pound  of  flesh,  and  then  some.  his  precious  lambs  will  be  sent  to  the  slaughter  so  that  he  may  gain  an  ounce  of  power.

‘it’s  not  personal.  it  is  simply  the  opportunity  of  a  lifetime,  and  soon,  the  upper  hand  will  be  mine.’

“ besides—i  told  you  I  couldn’t  cook  well,  not  that  I  couldn’t  cook  at  all. ”  he  chuckles,  calmly  nudging  the  plate  in  her  direction,  dish  towel  still  wrapped  around  his  forearm. feigned modesty. women are drawn to it like moths to a flame.   “ eat  up.  we  have  lots  to  go  over  this  evening.  i  require  your  eyes  on  this  case  before  anyone  else.  ”  his  mouth  curves  into  a  smirk.

OHMYGOODNESS this is actually good!

I'll have Hange as the Phantom and Levi as Daaé so instead of Humanity's Strongest he will be the Angel of Music. (Yeah, I'm one of those people who think Raoul is kind but sort of... eh.)

For a bit of flavor, there's a deception plot twist, like, Levi thinks Erwin is their opera's biggest benefactor but in truth Hange and Erwin are conspirators. They're using the opera as means to get acquainted with the abusive elites and then the Phantom takes them down afterwards (EAT THE RICH).

Because of the murders, the opera is closed down by the government and Levi feels betrayed because it's the life he has known to live and swears to take down the Phantom in revenge. But but but then they fall in love. DUNDUNDUN.

MAAAAAAAAYBE I will consider writing this or draw a comic for November levihan stuff. Thank you for this wonderful idea!
