Hurraw! Earl Grey Lip Balm Review

Balm ini terlahir dari niat tulus sang pemilik, Corrie Colbert and her husband, Neil Stuber, untuk menghadirkan sebuah lip balm berkualitas yang mengutamakan honest, fair trade, organic, vegan and raw ingredients that would have survived in the back of you jeans without being melt!
After I ran out of my previous favorite balm, Yves Rocher Hydra-Care Lip Balm, aku kesulitan nemuin lip balm yang benar-benar cocok buatku. I’ve tried Nivea yang tutup biru, Nivea Medicated lip balm sampai Maybelline Baby Lips. Gak ada yang benar-benar aku suka. Lalu secara gak sengaja aku ketemu Naauty Organics, sebuah online store kecantikan organik yang berbasis di Jakarta. And at last, we met (me and Hurraw!). And as an avid tea lover (Earl Grey has been one of my favorites) aku seneng banget pas liat varian lip balm Hurraw! Balm ini, karena kan jarang-jarang nemu lip balm sehat dengan harga terjangkau (IDR 60.000,00) dan disertai dengan Earl Grey scent. So I bought it right away! Selain prinsip dari Hurraw! Balm yang emang keren, bentuknya juga gak kalah keren! Kalau biasanya lip balm kebanyakan bentuknya bulet, nah beda sama Hurraw!. Hurraw! lip balm bentuknya oval yang sedikit agak pipih yang menurutku memudahkan kita dalam pengaplikasiannya kayak ngikutin bentuk bibir gitu.
Ingredients: Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, #Euphorbia cerifera (candelilla) wax, *Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, *Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, *Theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, *Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, Citrus bergamia (bergamot) peel oil (Bergaptene-Free), Tocopherols (sunflower).

Overall, I’m lovin’ it! Aku suka banget gimana lip balm ini melembabkan bibirku and of course I love how I can smell the Italian Bergamot scent (Earl Grey’s signature scent) every single time I’m using it, karena pas awal aku sempet mikir kayaknya wanginya gak akan bertahan lama eh taunya masih awet sampai hampir 2 bulan dari awal pemakaian. It was a mild Earl Grey scent that you still could smell it but it’s not overwhelming. However, kalo kita mengaplikasikannya terlalu banyak dalam satu kali pemakaian it could be a little greasy at times, so a little goes a long way, biasanya aku pakai tebal hanya untuk malam hari. Value menarik lainnya dari lip balm ini adalah bahwa Hurraw! Balm company ini Cruelty-Free (Leaping Bunny) and Vegan certified loh! Oh iya another fun fact nih walaupun sehabis minum sekalipun lip balm ini gak akan langsung washed away oleh cairan yang kita minum and it is also brilliant under lipsticks. I personally recomend this Hurraw! Balm products for all of the balm junkies out there, so go on give it a try. I’ll see you soon, bye!
