I DO firmly believe Neloth would use Calcelmo for his mind and body, and would deny any serious romantic pursuits!! He would ABSOLUTELY drop Momo as soon as his usefulness dried up.
I DO think Calcelmo would be deeply hurt by it, but be too stubborn to walk away!! Think about how betrayed Calcelmo would feel after someone he loves says that they don't consider you guys "Together" by any definition of the word.
Right now I'm imagining the effect of all this on Calcelmo. How his attitude and self care habits would only worsen from stress. Aicantar being so worried for him, but Calcelmo doesn't tell him anything about it, only worsening his nephews concern.
