Day #3537 Smashing Pumpkins - Adore This year I happen to be in London on my first overseas trip ever. Found out smashing pumpkins were playing Paris that week. So pre-internet ease (I mean it was available but it didn’t always work, and not everyone was savvy) I somehow managed to buy tickets for a show in a different country in a language I didn’t understand (no google translate either :/) and traveled from a country I wasn’t familiar with, under an ocean to another country I was even less familiar with and stumbled my way into this show. I think in the miss translation I even bought two more tickets than I needed. I rolled with the punches enjoyed a cool experience in one of the smokiest venues I have ever been to.
