           𝑻𝑨𝑲𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑨  𝑫𝑬𝑬𝑷  𝑩𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑻𝑯  ,  𝑺𝑯𝑬  ran  a  hand  through  her  hair  ,  stepping  out  of  the  portal  station  room  .  violet  felt  tired  after  a  full  day  of  university  classes  and  all  she  wanted  to  do  was  go  in  her  room  and  soak  in  her  bathtub  for  a  while  with  a  glass  of  wine  and  some  macaroons  in  her  hand  .  yes  ,  that  sounded  perfect  .  sighing  ,  she  slowly  made  way  towards  the  rooms  but  she  froze  on  the  spot  when  she  saw  thorn  .  grimacing  ,  violet  knew  she  wouldn’t  be  able  to  go  to  her  room  without  passing  him  ,  so  instead  ,  she  turned  around  and  quickly  started  walking  towards  the  library  .  a  very  mature  move  ,  one  could  say  .

      « ♡ »     𝑺𝑳𝑬𝑬𝑷𝑳𝑬𝑺𝑺  𝑵𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻𝑺  𝑾𝑬𝑹𝑬𝑵'𝑻  𝑼𝑵𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑴𝑶𝑵  𝑭𝑶𝑹  violet  .  sometimes  ,  her  mind  was  getting  the  best  of  her  and  that  meant  watching  the  night  fading  slowly  to  make  place  for  a  new  day  .  most  of  those  times  ,  she  would  stay  in  her  room  ,  sketching  or  watching  a  movie  or  two  ,  but  that  night  ,  she  didn’t  have  the  patience  for  either  one  of  those  things  ,  so  instead  she  put  her  hair  up  in  a  bun  and  made  her  way  downstairs  where  the  kitchen  was  ,  laptop  resting  under  one  arm  .  once  there  ,  the  demigoddess  played  one  of  her  playlists  ,  clicked  one  of  the  many  recipe  books  she  had  bought  and  started  taking  out  ingredients  ,  body  moving  slowly  on  the  song  that  was  playing  .

           𝑻𝑯𝑬  𝑴𝑶𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻  𝑯𝑬  𝑮𝑶𝑻  𝑻𝑶  the  party  ,  sunny  made  sure  the  flowers  were  still  looking  good  ,  before  moving  to  grab  something  to  drink  .  with  a  glass  of  champagne  in  their  hand  ,  they  hummed  happily  ,  smoothing  their  shirt  as  they  sipped  from  the  glass  and  looked  around  .  their  eyes  stopping  on  elio  and  sunny  gasped  quietly  ,  groaning  under  their  breath  because  they  were  still  avoid  the  pretty  daemon  of  the  conversation  they  had  in  the  greenhouse  and  sunny  confessed  his  feelings  .  taking  a  deep  breath  ,  the  child  of  persephone  wondered  if  it  would  be  a  good  idea  to  run  away  .  //  @hvpotheses​

jae’s christmas aesthetics rest along the lines of  ugly christmas sweaters and poorly done santa claus impressions. badly wrapped gifts with the hopes a bow will make up for lack of skill. stuffing his face with the remains of a gingerbread house and trying to hide the evidence. ice skating and snowball fights that end with , the loser ‘ buys lunch ‘ .  candy canes in hot chocolate and sitting outside in the freezing cold with a warm mug and a bundle of blankets.

the best gift jae ever received was when he was seven. the nintendo game cube had just come out and growing up on a farm where money was spread modestly amongst his family, hyunjae didn’t think it was possible to ask for something so expensive. even so, he wrote it down when his mother asked him to make his list–in fact, it was the only thing he wrote. and like he expected, she explained how the game console was simply above her budget and jae understood, and naturally asked for something else. though, it was on christmas morning that his mother surprised him, and all his family members chipped in to pay a fraction of the price. that was the first time jae cried when getting a gift, and though he didn’t get much that year, the game cube was everything he wanted.
