I have recovery from 6 to 8 two days this week which means I have to go down every isle where I work and pick up everything customers just tossed around and put it where it goes because some people decide “oh hey I don’t want this anymore” and fucking toss is wherever they please because suddenly they just can’t walk where they got it and put it back and the other day my coworker found ice creamed melted in and isle because of thsi. Like the customers could even just tell us they don’t want the item and I’d put it back when I get the chance because it’s easier and more polite and like less annoying than finding it on an isle far as fuck from where it was before, this turned into a rant I’m sorry ahskbdkdb retail is bad please if you’re able put things back where you found them or give them to a person working there at least instead of just putting it wherever
