Today I got for y'all some liguria sketches and some new info about them!!
Liguria realy enjoys music (wspeically classical music with Violin as main instrument due to Paganini). They are really old but they enjoy playing just dance with Seborga even if they dont understand how it work. They are really good at dancing, but they will never admit it.
Regarding this why Liguria looks so dead again... Liguria is dead. They were killed by France when he conquered the Republic of Genoa. Basically after getting shot thwir body shattered like a ceramic vase containing flower petals while their magic was trying to keep them together (it obviously failed) resulting in Ligurias death.
