-They are Aurelius Vargas and they rapresent the personificaltion of the italian region of Liguria and it's earlier political situations such as Legio Liguria (the region during the Roman Empire), the Republic of Genoa (ues Ik Mr Genoa exists, I'm his nr 1 fan, he just needed redesigns and became my oc in the end kind of) and the Ligurian Republic (formed after the Napoleonic Empire fell). They are genderfluid but always go by They/Them and they appear to be 27/28 years old.

-Liguria is Seborga's older brother (Considering the Principality of Seborga is in ligurian territory and every body in the region knows about the principality and we just treat it like an actual one. Source: my mom when I mentioned Seborga and she answered "ah yes, I'm familiar with the Principality") and they are extremely close, since they also live together in a big 2 floor apartment. Liguria is Italy, Romano and Florence's (Friend's oc) older cousin. Liguria doesn't have a good relationship with Italy and Romano due to the events of the G8 that happened in Genoa in 2001 (To be informed regarding this event, I suggest you watch the italian movie "Diaz - Don't Clean Up This Blood"). However, they have a great relationship with Florence and lets them sleep at their house whenever he wants. Florence sleeps there so much he has his own room.

-They were 100% raised by Grandpa Rome. Now they currently have a terrible relationship due to the events of the Assasination od Caesar. Liguria agreed with Brutus, also helping him plan the murder and planning to also kill Grandpa Rome, so that the empire would never actually form. They failed and they got banished from Rome. Grandpa Rome soon forgave them and let them back in Rome. But Liguria's hatred brought them to convince Nero to burn down Rome and got banished again. Since then, their relationship was compleately ruined. Only recently, Grandpa Rome is trying again to fix thwir relationship.
-Liguria and England and best friends, due to their shared past as pirates and they both enjoy drinking, despite both of them being gine after a single glass of ANYTHING. They are both in a friendgroup with also Norway and Romania.
-France and Liguria are exes on bad terms. They were and currently are neighbours but they can't stand each other at all. France thinks Liguria is too uptight, hypocritical, unfashionable and stingy, while Liguria thinks France's a slut, egocentrical, unserious and too relaxed. They "had" a kid together, called Corsica (anther Oc). Liguria used to have the main custody of him during the Middle Ages, but then France took him in, separating Corsica from the man who raised him for most of his life.
- Liguria had a situationship with (Nyo) Prussia during the last years of the Middle Ages. They both were going to get married but due to Liguria's death due to Napoleon, they never managed to. Prussia in the end forgot about them and compleately moved on and never thought of them ever again. In the meanwhile, Liguria never forgot her, and that lead to the current one sided attraction there is between them. With Liguria still hanging onto her, while Prussia compleately forgot about them. (I love doomed yuri.)

-Liguria handles all of the Economical Stuff of the family due to their stingyness... They don't make the smartest decisions because they are stingy, but no one can manage money as good as them regarding the spending on stupid things. (Florence, I'm looking at you.) They are also not really pleasant to be around. They are greedy, stingy and hypocritical but still care a lot, despite not looking like they do.
-Liguria's an extremely talented ceramist and theatre actor. But they have other hobbys such as working working working and gardening (Liguria is known to be the flower's region in Italy). They also have magic affinity, especially with illusion and object creation magic. They are pretty good at alchemy and magical sigils cretion too, but they tend to suck at any other kind of magic. They had a type of innate magic, so it wasn't learnt from book or studies. Like England, they get called a schizo because they can see things other members of their family can't.
And that is all!! Theya re my silly child and I love them so much despite their really controversial lore and personality!!
