hws Russia: You’re a good boy, I like you.
hws Canada: (Achievement: Praise Kink Unlocked)
ok but Matthew making Ivan try maple taffy and Ivan loves it so much!
I don’t ship Russia and Canada, but from a comedy aspect it’s hilarious. Please imagine for me:
America has invited Canada over for a holiday and Canada’s like “oh hey can I bring my new boyfriend? You’ll love him” and America of course says it’s fine. Then when the holiday comes and America opens the door he just sees his rival standing next to his brother just On His Porch. On top of that his rival appears to be holding hands with the enemy. It’s so funny!
America: Dude what the Fuck.
Canada: Oh, did I forget to say I’m dating Russia?
America: YOU SURE DID, BRO!
The holiday meal would be wonderfully awkward as well. I need to see this used for comedy more often because frankly, it’s hilarious
this post that made me think of ruscan vs. rusame. where Matthew is a great flirt (as you can see) and Alfred might be a little.. irritated
98 ruscan please! I need some inspiration for tied up and begging russia
Send a ship and a number ask game
98. “You’re so cute when you’re all tied up and needy…..”
I love ruscan, thank you for requesting this :D I went completely overboard with it again <3 Oh! and whatever you need inspiration for. if you create something pls show me 👀
Also after finishing this I learnt that the week I scheduled it to post is the same as @ironicorange’s birthday :D so I dedicate this one to you because your art first got me into this ship. 🥰
-> bondage, blindfolding, food play, cum play, let's be real some people might find this gross but now you have been warned
“Oh! Look at how pretty you are!”
Ivan startled at the sound of the bedroom door clicking shut and opened his eyes. The slight resistance of dried tears having glued them shut made the task harder for him than it should be. But maybe he was just worn out from being tied up and edged for longer than he could remember.
Hearing Matthew’s voice calmed Ivan’s nerves. He had been close to using their safe word (or rather the safe button that was placed within his reach). Kneeling on the bed, tied up and gagged was one thing, but being isolated with nothing else to focus on than a vibrating butt plug was a completely different story.
I only just found your account and I don’t know which characters you do, but if that’s okay I’d love 2 and 71 for Russia and Canada 🙊
I just read all the drabbles you read today and I love them a lot! You have a beautiful writing style 🥰💕
Hello! Welcome! :D Thanks so much for the kind words and for reading my drabbles! I usually write the FACE family, but I have written Russia a few times in the past, so here's what I came up with.
2. “This was a stupid plan.” 71. "I've never seen this man before."
Thick Skin Word Count: 564 “Ivan, now that I’m standing in front of this barrel of ice water and it’s negative eight degrees Celcius outside, I’m starting to think this was a stupid plan…I’m so sorry — that sounded harsh and offensive. I know this is a tradition and I’m not trying to take away from the value or importance of that…I’m just having second thoughts.”
“You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to, solnyshko.”
Matthew bites his bottom lip and rubs his frozen hands together. “I know, but I said I would do it with you.”
“Most Russians don’t do this,” Ivan assures, giving Matthew’s upper arm a soothing squeeze. “You won’t be offending anyone by abstaining.”
When Ivan first told him about how some Russian Orthodox Christians will dunk themselves in cold water that has been blessed by a priest in the middle of winter to celebrate the feast of the Epiphany, Matthew had been intrigued. He’s always trying to make an effort to learn more about Ivan’s culture, and this seemed like an opportunity to be able to support him by participating.
But that was before the temperature outside plummeted into the negatives. This is all a big case of hypothermia waiting to happen.
“Don’t do it — if your parents find out, they will kill me,” Ivan warns, and he appears to be as unbothered by the cold as ever. "And I don't want you to do it. You'll catch a cold."
Matthew laughs and wraps his scarf more tightly around his neck. “You’re right…Fine, I won’t do it because someone has to warm you up and make tea afterward.”
“I like the sound of that.”
One by one, people in the crowd volunteer to submerge themselves in the water. When it’s finally Ivan’s turn to step up to the barrel, he undresses down to his swim trunks and takes his shirt off.
Matthew tries not to stare at Ivan’s chiseled muscles, and, for a second, he feels embarrassed because this is oddly intimate, and now all of these strangers get to see what his fiancé looks like half-naked.
‘I don’t know this man,’ Matthew thinks to himself. ‘I’ve never seen this man in my life.’
Ivan doesn’t hesitate or waste any time. He hops into the barrel of skin-numbingly cold water and doesn’t even shiver or make a sound. He makes a quick sign of the cross and then walks out and away as if nothing happened. There are some goosebumps on his flesh, but aside from that small detail, it looks like he just came back from a pleasant summertime swim.
Matthew wraps the towels they had packed in a duffel bag around Ivan to dry him off. Then, he helps him get dressed again. They don’t stick around for much longer because Matthew insists on getting back to the car and hurrying home to the fireplace.
“Thanks for talking me out of that. I don’t know what I was thinking,” Matthew says once he's driving. “Just watching you do it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.”
Ivan chuckles and turns up the heat as high as it will go. “It means a lot to me that you came all the way out here.”
“Thanks for having me. Maybe by this time next year, I’ll feel more courageous.”
“We can’t both be reckless. Then your parents will really kill us.”
“Good point.”
