            { ● } --- God this is so embarrassing. Freckles was timid as he walked, damn near turning back around at least a half a dozen times. But hey, 20 seconds of insane courage, right? That's what his sister always said wasn't it? Oh bollocks. 

            He cleared his throat. “Alright, so here’s the thing..” The sandy haired boy spoke out of turn, walking up to the first table in the food court where the stranger was sitting. “—my extremely immature coworkers over there have bet me that I cannot possibly get the number of a beautiful girl…” He explained, chuckling a bit nervously. “So..um.. if you could hand me a toothpick, or a gum wrapper, something, I will walk away in my humiliation but you will save me from forever taunting and a dunk in the dumpster later.” The boy smiled, a blush upon his peppered cheeks.  “Would you be so kind as to do a poor janitor a favor?”
