hyejung’s instinct to them falling to the ground due to the other pinning them down was for her to try to grab a hold onto him. it didn’t work, his grip on her wrists were too strong, causing her to furrow her eyebrows as the anger settled in. “what the hell was that for?” she’s throwing a coughing fit from the impact of her back against the rough cement, turning her head so that she wouldn’t face him.
the situation was weird-- at least it was to her. she was stuck with him in a dangerous situation (did she really know the details? not really, but she stuck with him because who knows what would happen if they split up.) hyejung took deep breaths, taking in her environment and trying to figure out what was going on-- not like he was going to tell her straight up. right. an exit. alright. “y’sure this wasn’t your doin’?” she huffs out, frustrated, her eyes scanning the area to find exits.
“are we in danger?” she asks out of the blue and in a hushed voice. maybe he could explain why he just slam dunked her into the floor just now. “an’ let go jus’ a little bit. you’re hurtin’ me..”
