Son of a Legend / Stiles and Tony

Hydra had been keeping an eye on Tony Stark ever since he had escaped from their clutches.  But he was becoming too powerful.  With the Avengers beside him, he was a major threat; and they were so close to falling.

They had noticed Tony’s relationship to Claudia.  And they knew the child born from her was his.

Which is why, now; with Stiles eighteen, they abducted him and brought him bruised and bloodied into a room with a harsh light shining on him.  A hood was ripped off of his head, and he blinked as he looked into the camera.

“He’s yours Tony.  Your son with Claudia.  He’s your flesh and blood and we have him.  You know what we want.  Come back to us and we’ll let the boy go.  Tick Tock Tony.  The men are getting restless.  They may just use him the way they used you.”

The transmission ended and Stiles was shoved into a small cell, men looking at him with hungry eyes.

His heart sank.

Whoever ‘Tony’ was, he doubted he would come to help.

Stark 2.0

Tony had been out of Hydra for quite awhile, what he didn’t know was that Hydra had taken samples of his DNA.  They had more than enough to make up for his escape.  In fact, they took his exit as a chance to engineer a replacement for him.  One that could give them all that they ever wanted from Tony without the annoyance of his escape or his morals.  That’s how Natasha Antonia was born.  They found that the female genome was more malleable than the male, so they turned their creation from a clone into a woman who was almost identical to Tony.  

The problem was that Tony and Natasha were never supposed to meet.  But she wanted to fix things, to stop her predecessor from being a thorn in Hydra’s side.  She went after the man.  

Walking into the malibu mansion, her bio signature raised an alert immediately.  She was similar enough to Tony Stark that the house recognized her, but different enough that Tony was notified of an intruder.  She examined the technology and waited.  She wanted to end this once and for all.

Scowling, Bucky paused to reach up and tie his hair into a loose bun, strands almost immediately falling into his face. “No.” He replied simply, stretching out his fingers before crossing his arms and glaring down at Tony. “And you’re about to see why when we get fucking swarmed because I smashed through the door, so how about you think fast so we can get out of here without killing anyone.” 

He was snappish, tone gruff and annoyed as his metal fingers brushed over his gun. “Where the fuck are Steve and birdman.” He whispered, shifting further back into the room they were hidden in before someone saw them. “I seriously just wanted some fucking pizza.”

“You chose a really shitty side this time.” Clint muses, humor and anger both laced into his words. “Not that I am blaming Cap on this-- but if you had sided with the government, you wouldn’t be locked up with us.” He informed Tony who was in the next cage over, leaning back against the wall of his own. “To be fair, I think the entire idea of giving someone that much power is a horrible idea.” 

“You gonna be able to break out of here with that genius brain of yours, or do I need to start planning on my own?”

“I’m not a traitor, asshole.” The denial came almost as fast as the accusation. He wasn’t a traitor. Not really. He’d been misguided, but now, now things were okay; he wasn’t a traitor. Just a double agent, working for the right team this time. “I need a favor. As in, I need somewhere to lay low for a few days, until the steam from my last op blows over.” Grant wouldn’t have gone to Stark if he had any other option, but he had none. Stark was his last chance at finding some place to sleep without having to watch his back.
