A refreshing and hydrating drink perfect for hot summer days, this watermelon lemonade combines the sweetness of watermelon with the tanginess of lemon juice.
Ingredients: 4 cups cubed watermelon. 1 cup fresh lemon juice. 4 cups cold water. 1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup. Ice cubes. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any seeds or pulp. Add lemon juice, cold water, and agave syrup to the pitcher. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more agave syrup. Refrigerate the lemonade until chilled, about 1 hour. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
