“But… you didn’t say you wanted the last piece of pizza! I asked you but you were all, ‘Uhh, it doesn’t matter.. uuhhh.’ How was I supposed to know you actually wanted it?!” The younger female shrieked as she waved her hands around, eyes wide and in a state of panic. When it came to food, Suzanne was the type to ask if anyone wanted the last piece before taking it for herself. “D’you want me to get another box and you can have the last one? I swear I won’t touch it!”
lesson learned: never try to play it cool when it comes to food. never brush a question off when it has to do with the last piece / bite. never act opposite of how you’re feeling inside! you must always express yourself loudly, or you’ll break your own heart like yeonha just has. she won’t hold herself back anymore. her pig-like tendencies will be shown to the world, unabashed -- confidently. she already proudly admits it to everyone else, so really, why was she acting different today? as if she wouldn’t or couldn’t down a whole pizza by herself? maybe it’s because... well, she thinks suzanne is fucking pretty. like, outrageously gorgeous, and they don’t know each-other all that well yet, and she doesn’t want the younger to end up with a bad impression. “all the uhhhs were keyword for yes, i want it.” at least she knows for next time, now?
something sad that yeon’s been forced to endure her whole life is that the pizza pies you get in south korea are considerably smaller than the ones you see in tv or movies that were filmed in america. even the largest size doesn’t look like it’ll be enough to fill yeonha on her own, let alone the fact that she’s had to share this one. “wait... do you mean like, right now? or are you talking for a later date?” both would be okay with her. the thought that suzanne might actually like her enough to want to hang out again is helpful in easing her enough to start showing her true colors. but truth be told, yeon could eat again right now. maybe not another whole pizza, unless the other’s really in the mood for it -- so she’ll pitch another idea, just in case. “orrrr.. you could buy me a churro and we can call it even. i guess.”
