Hydrus devouring and killing a crocodile from the inside. I was inspired by old engravings where the creatures from this scene didn't really resemble a crocodile or hydrus :3

The slayer of crocodiles, a hydrus. These aquatic serpents would often be conflated with the legendary Hydra or the dropsy-inflicting hydros by bestiary illuminators.
