I was curious of what everyone thinks about Lavender, Tempest, Hyennor & Donner? Do they like them? Hate them? (No pressure if you do not wanna answer)

Thank you so much for the compliments! My apologies I couldn't write this sooner. (I was kinda having a bad mood and couldn't draw anything so I was frustrated.)

But I am willing to answer this. ^^

What the Web Cavalry Gang Guards+Carissa thinks of them:

🕷🕸Malachi🗡: (Guard and bodyguard of Telemachus)

He thinks Tempest is a rather interesting suitor, one of the fewer suitors he respect other than Amphinomus and Leodes. Although he dislikes the fact that Tempest has a crush on Pisander. Overall he respects and admires Tempest strength and being a protector. Malachi could offer Tempest to sparr with him if he wants to.

He has a soft spot towards kids, and Lavender is a exception despite he gets a bit tad annoy at the kid's behavior. Though let's Lavender play and keeps an eye on him and glares at any suitor or nobles to back off lol, he's sorta could be a older brother figure who's aloof but kind and sometimes protective. Often he would be the one finding Lavender and head him back to his siblings. He also try to find Lavender often in the tree eating in the fruit. Instead of calling the kid to get down, he just climbs the tree and sits next to the kid to eat the fruit. ^^

To Hyennor and Donner, he is neutral towards them only because he doesn't know them a lot. Also would he so funny if he and Donner just do a staring contest at each other and none of them budges and everyone is concerned and confused lol (Malachi would keep an eye to stop Donner from eating raw meat in the kitchen.). Malachi doesn't interact with people a so he's more of a isolationist, but the only people he's willing to talk is the Web Cavalry Gang, Carissa or any kind servant or Amphinomus.

Petros 🛡 (Guard)

To Tempest: Similar to Malachi, he respects Tempest and possibly could be friends with him because Petros is also a grumpy guy, but genuinely cares to anyone's well being. Those two can train together.

To Lavender: Reminds him of what his daughter could act like if she was in his age. Petros acts as tired annoyed parent figure towards Lavender, he is a bit amuse of Lavender's high energy running around the palace or better yet causing mischief. Petros almost laughed when a guard complained to him that Lavender called the guard 'Acorn man' and scared the living daylights out of him. (Petros hasn't seen his daughter for 20 years ever since he sented her to live with her aunt.. There was a incident happened and Petros doesn't want to talk about it. But it's something that causes him to lose two of his fingers, Nikandros replaced it with a prosthetic to help him.)

To Hyennor and Donner, Petros is wary towards Hyennor but understands her somewhat and maintains his distance towards her. He knows that she's strong, she reminds him or Xandria but more aggressive. Honestly he thinks the two might get along considering they are willing to throw a chair at the suitors, or their hate towards them which Petros does hate the suitors too. Petros respects the fact that Hyennor has a husband who loves and genuinely respects her too. As for Donner... Petros finds him unsettling, but hey, he seen worse people in the palace as a guard so he doesn't disrespect Donner.. It's just really akward when he finds himself seeing Donner staring at him. His praying to the Gods that he wouldn't have to deal with Donner 24/7 and is thankful that the guys mostly with his wife. Bro doesn't wanna deal with another Thersilochus man.. XD

🌙Xandria 🏹 (Archer Guard)

To Tempest: Mutual respect for him. As a guard in the palace, She is relief that there's a suitor who is respectful and not insufferable (like Ktessipos example.) like most of them. (Other than Amphinomus, Demoptolemus, Agerochus, etc). He's probably the fewer men she would tolerate as she doesn't trust anyone very much since the palace became so overcrowded and 50/50 chances of the palace staff acting suspicious. She also teases him for having a crush on Pisander but in affectionate older sister way (Xandria is in her 30's). Xandria will also threaten to chop of Pisander's eyebrows if he did any form to hurt Tempest.

To Lavender: Auntie figure but also while keeping him safe for measures. She can see behind that gullible face hehe. A bit worried about Lavender's siblings since Melanthius acts suspicious and hanging out with the suitors and Melantho being way too close to that snake of a suitor. She also gives Lavender piggybacks incase the kid wants some. Also gives the kids some fruits he likes. Sometimes she keeps Lavender out of the suitors fight because it's really dangerous when watched too long.

Petro: Xandria, where's Lavender????

Xandria: Tree. *sipping wine*

Petros: XANDRIA!

To Hyennor and Donner: She is besties with Hyennor, that's it and you cannot convince me/jk otherwise. She and Hyennor bonding over their hate towards the suitors and Xandria gives Hyennor a knife or a dagger as a gift. She's fine with Donner, though he drives her insane whenever he's eating a damn meat, either raw or cooked.

Nikandros 🔨🦾 (Guard and blacksmith)

To Tempest: He respects Tempest but at the same time LOVES to tease him lightly for being a protector in Ithaca and test his patience a lot, just annoying him in general or ragebaiting him, but not too far. He annoys or puts off the suitors like in a daily basis sometimes, sometimes he flirts with them with violence just so he could see them shocked and he could laugh at them. Nikandros also admires that Tempest despite being grumpy like Petros, he is willing to rush to anyone's aid and do anything that is he believes is right.. Which remind he much of what Petros would do. Nikandros is a blacksmith despite being a guard, so if Tempest has anything a weapon he wants or needed a repair, Nikandros will do it for him. Surprisingly he's quite effective in his blacksmithing job even with the most insufferable attitude ever. Nikandros would be suprise if Tempest ever find out he's putting a facade and has a self-destructive behavior. He would not accept any help from Tempest if offered. (He's very messed up.)

To Lavender: Nikandros is 100% annoyed with the kid but doesn't do anything about it. Just like Malachi he often keeps Lavender away from dangerous situations if possible. Also he 100% can see through Lavender's manipulative and mischievous personality, so he cannot be fooled by any chance.. Bonus, he lets the kid pet his horse. (He will DENY anything if Xandria teases him for being soft. He is NOT soft and he HATES kids. Which is a lie btw.)

Hyennor and Donner: A bit wary towards Hyennor and keeps his distance further her.. It's not that he doesn't like her, it's just she looks too much of his adopted mother he absolutely feared and despise of what she did to him. He avoids eye contact to her as much as possible, it's not her fault but Nikandros can't exactly help feeling the paranoid instinct coming up and he hates it... As for Donner, he drives him absolutely mad cause what is wrong with this man?? Okay, he understands that he loves Hyennor and can see that but cannot understand why tf he keeps staring at everyone like he's staring at everybody souls. (Also he would cackle so loud when Donner sneaks into the kitchen to eat meat.) Secretly interested in his collection of animal bones.

🌿Haneul ⚕👨‍⚕️ (Healer Guard)

To Tempest: Sees him a really awesome person, he treats him kindly despite Tempest being a suitor and brother Ktessipos older step brother. Would be wary at first but treats him as a friend seeing Tempest as this decent guy. Will treat his wounds if the protector of Ithaca has gotten injuries and somewhat. Would also yap at him talking about guards, Telemachus, herbs, and his definitely not crush towards Carissa.

Sometimes he mistaken Tempest as a guard, nonetheless he finds his outfit cool.

To Lavender: Treats him as a little mischievous brother. Would have a heart attack for the first time if he sees Lavender in the tree upside down smiling at him. Basically this is the video of how I see their dynamic works with Haneul and other guards trying to get Lavender out of the tree in a nutshell.

(Mully is Nikandros, Haneul is basically the guy trying to make sure Lavender doesn't fall into the tree and Lavender is.. Reekid.)

To Hyennor and Donner: Respects and fears Hyennor at the same time. Sees Donner as a friend and those two could be silly together lol.

🌸Carissa 🕊

To Tempest: She admires his kindness, almost mistook Tempest as a guard because of his weapon and overall appearance. She's glad there's people who are willing to protect Ithaca while the King is away. She definitely would check up on him to see if he's doing okay and check up on his wounds in case. She would politely decline any help from Tempest not because it embarrassed her, but she doesn't want to be muh of a burden to anyone.

To Lavender: Soft spot for Lavender, she sees him as this silly but mischievous kid, of course she scolds him lightly if he caused any trouble. She babysits other nobles or servants kids in her free time so she might try to invite Lavender to a activity of collecting fruits from the garden with other kids following her. She extremely sweet so everyone of course likes her.

To Hyennor and Donner: She likes Hyennor for being strong, she thanks her whenever possible for help. She finds Donner a bit of a goof and she lends him food that she was supposed to eat so that he won't go sneaking around the kitchen to eat food, and if asked, she will simply smile and lie "Don't worry, I have already eaten, here have some!". She's also the youngest sister of Agerochus and Philomache, so she might nit remember Donner that much since Donner is a childhood friend of her brother and Thersilochus.

Your ocs design are very unique to me btw ^^
