Probably Konkuro lmao. But also Sasuke, because he does hold some bitterness and betrayal type feelings towards him for the shit he did after he deserted the village. Even though Sasuke himself probably doesn't know Shino did think of him as friend. 

(Note: Though Shino acts pretty distant and sometimes even cold, it doesn't take much for him to consider you a friend.)
