Dawn Front/Hyper Battlefield Summary
It’s been almost a year and I’m sure there’s some new, very confused players who maybe don’t feel like watching a video explaining it, so I’ll try to offer a brief summary:
Today you can’t do anything except click around the menus. Familiarize yourself with it, and take a look at the Generals. Tomorrow, you will chose one of their factions to enlist in. The “winners” are either the light side or dark side, so within those groups it doesn’t really matter which character you support. The side you support doesn’t affect which suits you can get, but if you’re on the winning side, at the end of the event you’ll get a small bonus of event currency to spend on the suits. Once you enlist, you can not change factions during this iteration of the event.
I’m a light side supporter so obviously I think you should join us and support Kimi (and those other guys are ok too I guess), but new players should be aware that last time the Dark Side won because lots of people were thirsty for the Night Order men 🙄 The tumblr fandom is a bad litmus test of how the actual numbers will shake out because Kimi is extremely popular on here. The generals are slightly different this time so fingers crossed there’s a shake up and good guys take it!
On the fourth day, you will need to style theee different outfits. I’d use Nikki’s Info to maximize these scores, because your scores are added to your side’s total, and the side with the highest total wins.
After the battles start, you’ll start getting one event currency (Feat). This event currency determines your rank (as you rank up in your faction you get diamond rewards) and then also you can exchange it for Peak Tokens, and you use those tokens to get the parts of the suits.
That’s pretty much the basics of the mechanics, I guess. If I remember anything else major after the event starts, I’ll be sure to add to the post!
