i finally fully developed a newcrest save, building is by far my fav part of the game so it was a challenge but a blast. we have 3 apartment building, one big one with 6 units, the other two are duplexes. pizza parlor/skating rink, petting zoo/ranch, lounge, rec center, cafe, and library in addition to the residential lots. I never really mess around with community lots so it was really fun to experiment.
