Okay so I know the common consensus is that Anya is actually five and just lied to Loid but personally I think Anya herself doesn’t know how old she is. It’s common for displaced people to not know how old they are or their exact birthday so it wouldn’t shock me if Anya just didn’t know how old she is.
Also imagine Becky offhandedly asking Anya when her birthday is (she’s doing a zodiac compatibility test for her bestie and Damian) and Anya just going ‘I dunno’.
