Hyper-Meta Rilldo

a recurring character from dragon ball gt who is obviously inspired by the t2000 because he keeps coming back with more elaborate forms. despite his deterministic attitude, he's actually not too much of a mainstay in the other dragon ball stuff- at best his final form gets an inclusion in something.

General Rilldo should be playable or at the very least able to be fought in more Dragon Ball games.

He can turns things into metal and that metal drains ki. He can basically "metalbend" and morph the land into his weapon. And as Meta Rilldo can even turn into liquid metal himself and make metal tsunamis! He even beat Goku and Pan into metal bricks

Like he's basically an android version of Majin Buu
