Ghosts of the Past AU: Episode 8- Hyper-beasts Go!
---- FR: First thing you need to remember is- PR: Let's have a race! Last one on board is a rotten slog-face! FR: ... FI: Only fair you get a taste of your own medicine. ---- A, watching the PH struggling: You guys aren't gonna help them? FE, sitting with FT, sloggus in hand: Nah, they'll figure it out. ---- Hyper-beasts: (Looking in the direction of the FH) FR: They can see us...
Master Post:
Gormiti Theory: Ikor does not- in fact- like animals which often makes him called grumpy or mean (playfully) by better animal care-takers.
Idc if no one sees this 'cause barely anyone knows Gormiti.
From re-watching several episodes, I noticed Ikor has a rather different view of animals than the rest. In the episode 'Hyperbeasts Go!' he was keen at first that he has nothing to share in personality with an animal of all things. You also know a character is not made for animals when they say:
Yeah, good luck if you think like that.
On another occasion with the Hyper-beasts, in the episode 'Roaring Riot' he had view the Hyper-beasts as simply animals who just take them where they want to go. There comes Eron calling him grumpy, as I said before.
Well, he did learn a lesson.
About animals other than Hyper-beasts, he has a similar view. That little bunny cub in 'Tiny Trouble'? Yeah, they weren't on good terms either.
On a note, Trek did also call him, 'Mean Herald' though I don't really think any of them view Ikor as 'mean' but just, as I said, playfully.
Also, that little octopus thing I got spoilers for in season 3? Ikor didn't really seem to like him either.
And my favourite spoiler-ed screenshot from the episode 'Trek Underwater':
The only animal- or at least I think is an animal that Ikor seems to like, even love, are the morkagans in Fire and Fear.
Like, has Ikor ever called an animal cute?
*Holds gently*
This whole argument just further support how contracting Ikor and Riff are.
I also predict his view of animals mostly comes from being a price of the coldest people ever to live in a cartoon.
