Hyped up I am for this new Berlin based DJ and production act. Clap I must after falling for their grandiose debut single, Clouds, which has made a resounding splash since it first dropped less than a week ago. HYPERCLAP makes their inaugural entrance with a glorious future trap anthem, bursting with sentimental feels and exploding with magnificent swiveling bass. The cinematic opus is reminiscent of Flume and Chet Faker’s collaborative tracks, but more atmospheric and majestic. HYPERCLAP’s production style is reportedly firmly rooted in dance music, with soundscapes reminiscent of artists as diverse as Flume, Mount Kimbie, Timbaland, and Aphex Twin.
