hyperfixation appreciation post
if you know me very well you know im completely hyperfixated in splatoon and tmnt(maiinly 2012) and think of both things and daydream about them daily . i play the game and watch the show daily , and im also deep into character analysis and lore in general.
i really “nerd out” when the topic is splatoon lore , since ive put 5 years of my life on discovering every single detail about this series and plan on doing a deep analysis and digging when i eventually get raiders !
tmnt is a little bit different since ive only watched 1 show fully (rottmnt) and im currently watching another iteration repeatedly (tmnt2012) , and ive only gotten an interest in tmnt since late 2025-early 2026. the encyclopedia of sorts that i have in my mind isn’t that big , and i constantly immerse myself in concept art , lore , etcetcetcAHHHHH
these two medias despite being completely different from each other (but still being very similar in some ways) will always have a special place in my heart , as they both have been with me through the worst and best times of my life. i could go on and on about how much i love splatoons lore and tmnt2012 plotlines.
