also The Golden Path - Doul is SUPER good, and I’ve had it on loop this entire week (hyperfixation song of the week, with Meikyoushisui - KOCHO at the side).

Like, first off, the fact that it’s meant to be about Kintoki??? I LOVE Kintoki to hell and back. Also love that it states his eyes are indigo, and not blue, as you would’ve expected, due to the blond hair he has. I just love it, okay???

Gonna try to pull for him now on my fanfic account, since that’s the account where I have Shuten Douji (pulled at the request of friend Ali, who told me to pull for myself, as I am SOMEHOW a catalyst for her).

I really do like pairing up Shuten and Kintoki, and shiromako’s comics and art of them has only fueled me. They’re adorable, yeah? The way Shuten teases Kintoki, and Golden Boy just turns into a flustered mess.

Honestly, GOLDEN is just a good boy dammit. 10/10

remember when I was super obsessed with Pokemon hybrids before Tumblr made it a trend?

Drew a bunch of kids last night -- most, if not all of them I haven’t drawn since 2011, and it was honestly super refreshing to revisit their designs? And now I want to draw more?? This isn’t even all of them, somehow.

Shout-out to @herpsandbirds for my recent frog hyperfixation.

Like there are frogs that are so small their ears are too tiny to hear the frequency of their own mating call! And there are frogs that glue themselves together during mating because the females are much bigger than the males! There are frogs that have a symbiotic relationship with carnivorous pitcher plants so they can raise their babies in them and pay rent in poop! There are frogs that have transparent skin and you can see all their guts!

Frogs are cool, man.
