I took this graphic from Canva and then painted over it myself. I call it "Rainbow Circuitry," and it's a fairly accurate description of how I'm discovering my ADHD brain works. Red-orange means I'm hurting and need care, yellow-green means I I'm distracted and need to be creative, and blue-violet means I'm relaxed and open to other people.
Currently on a deep dive into books like Unmasked Autism and Scattered Minds, both of which are eye-opening for me.
