#it hits every summer #i love my plants so so sos os much #when i was younger it would hit HARD #i had about 70-80 plants at my peak #now i have 20? maybe?#24 i just counted #which is nowhere near my peak #but i LOVE them so so so much #when i had that mad amount i would take a picture of each one and then #detail each othe thieir care insturctions #in a big book #and i got a job at a garden centre #hyperfixation REAL #i have had a thrip infestation for a while now though #so like there were some (many) deaths #including my neon pothos </3 which i LOVED #but it was the main thrip causer #so i had to bin it #also had some casualties from moving house </3

Given that all his jewelry is made of wood, my current hyperfixated thought is that he made them himself when he was younger and still attended his woodworking lessons

#asuraspeaking #headcanon nonsense #hyperfixation real #palia but tangentially #making simple things like beads or shapes to just get the hang of using the woodworking tools #and then keeping them because he's somewhat proud of his attempts #or something he worked on with his parents #reth holding on to these simple woodworking things because they remind him of his more carefree days #he remembers the basics but crafting now doesn't hit the same as it did back then because of his memories of learning the work with his fam #or maybe him and tish made them together and he keeps them as a reminder of the people important to him idk
