Hypertonic pelvic floor

Going to the restaurant with pelvic floor issues and needing to go number two. All restaurants have these fancy automated lights where it can tell when someone is in the room. Problem is they set it to a timer. So you will be on the toilet and the damn room goes black. Almost a reminder you are talking too long. So you spend time wildly waving arms to trigger the lights back on. Something I remembered today. But it is annoying. That is why I don’t like automatic lights. Give me a normal switch. I tagged vaginismus as I have learned many but not all. Suffer with rectal issues and to catch their attention if this applies. Then you might want to look up hypertension pelvic floor dysfunction. Which can be a cause for vaginismus

This happened to me a few times and thankfully Pt was understanding as they should be. I had no control of this
