started this one during a huge moment of weakness last week.

everytime i go down the rabbithole, thinking a bit too much about its like a huge attack, it hurts and hurts and hurts but this is why i shouldnt follow those thoughts to much. its not always as it seemed to be, this is what i have to be reassure myself everytime over and over again.

ugh i dont like my brain. its not like i want it to be that, its just weird, but im doing better by now. i wasnt used to all these kind of feelings, whether the positive or the negative ones, that are just the two sides of one coin.

doesnt matter how much one side overweights the other one, i’m about to get them in balance. :) enough tedxtalk
