You're fine! And I'm happy to answer! I didn't pick English voices originally, because I'm too indecisive over them lol.
19: Jennifer Hale with similar reasoning as before with them having a range of high to low voices. I like the vibes of their Avatar Kiyoshi even if that isn't one of the voices I imagine sound-wise.
2-0: Wendee Lee's Robin and Zelda Williams' Casey Jones vibe close, but I imagine a deeper voice. I appreciate how Zelda Williams does Casey's outbursts lol.
For 21, they would sound close to this with less echo, but I haven't been able to produce it with emotion lol:
