you got it!!! I wasn’t sure whether to do a short fic or a hc list for this so it kinda turned into a weird scramble of both? ^^’

“Is that my shirt?” “You mean our shirt”

The first time you wore one of Jakurai’s shirts, it was entirely by accident.

You’d just gotten home from work and it had unexpectedly rained, leaving your clothes damp

Out of frustration and annoyance from the long workday and the unwelcome addition of rain, you didn’t look twice at what article of clothing you grabbed from the pile of freshly folded laundry on your bed

You did find it peculiar that whichever shirt you pulled on seemed to fall down past your knees

Jakurai had so kindly done the laundry while you were at work and before he departed for his night shift at the hospital, the least you could do was put it away

As you were returning the clothes to their respective places in your shared closet, you noticed Jakurai was one shirt short. There was no way he wore two shirts to work, was there? It wasn’t too cold outside, and even then he had plenty of coats…

You looked down and blushed as you released that you were, in fact, wearing one of your boyfriend’s shirts

You could take it off… or keep it on. It was warm and despite being through the wash smelt just like him. Agk, no, you should take it off, right? But maybe… 

No, you should take it off, it would be embarrassing if you were caught like this. Why did it feel like you were doing something so sinful when you were just wearing his shirt?

“y/n?” Jakurai’s voice made you jump as you stared at yourself in the mirror. When did he get home? When did he get behind you? You were literally looking in the mirror, were you that far up in the clouds?

“Uhhh… you’re home early?”

“Mmmh, not too early, just about an hour.”

An hour? An HOUR? He was home early by an hour… that meant you had spent… at least two freaking out about wearing his shirt…

“y/n, is that my shirt?” he rose a brow as he watched you malfunction in the mirror, caught red-handed like a child who stole the last cookie

“You mean our shirt” you rebutted impulsively without thinking, short-circuiting and losing your filter. 

You blushed and clapped a hand over your mouth in embarrassment, the tips of your ears burning red. “That totally just came out I… oh god that was so cheesy and dumb.”

Jakurai chuckled, stepping up behind you and snaking his arms around your waist, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. “Hmm, I thought it was cute. Did you really miss me that much?”

“Ah… well, maybe? I’ll be honest I put it on completely by accident.”

“You just didn’t take it off afterward?”

“Y-yeah…” 

After that, wearing your boyfriend’s shirts became a routine. Usually to bed or when you’d laze around on the weekends. It never failed to bring a smile to Jakurai’s face and a kiss was the typical reward~

ok so I kinda went ham with this one??? I got a lot of MTC requests so I think I’m gonna do those in their own special post but... phew these MTR ones started as hc lists and then I got possessed by the writing gods and made drabbles.... long post incoming!!!!

Jakurai [ 神宮寺寂雷 ]: In your previous years, you hadn’t done anything notable for Valentine's Day. It wasn’t that you didn’t have anyone, moreover that you and your partner were always busy. However, this year you made an effort to plan something for you and your boyfriend. Sure, maybe it was a little much, you weren’t school children, but someone had to uphold the chocolate-making tradition, right? You begged your boss to let you have the day before and the day of Valentine’s off. It was a tough battle, but you managed to make it out with two days off under your belt! Jakurai however, wasn’t as lucky. Working in a hospital didn’t permit many days off. You got them when you got them, purely by chance if at all. He, unfortunately, had to work that morning, but you weren’t saddened in the slightest. In fact, you were grateful for his calling duties for it gave you more time to craft your surprise for that evening. You somehow managed to sneakily make chocolates the night before, and even more miraculously hide them in the fridge. You tied your hair up and ran to the kitchen as soon as you heard the door close behind Jakurai and his car pull out of the driveway. He was worried that you would be saddened by the fact that he had to work on Valentine’s, but he truly had no idea what was in store upon his return home. Jakurai picked up a bouquet of flowers on his way home that evening, hoping that even the small gesture would bring a smile to his beloved's face. You grinned as you saw your boyfriend’s car pull into the driveway that evening, checking the living room one last time for any crooked corners. On your way to the door, you dimmed the lights and let the candles take center stage, giggling at your reflection as you checked your hair in the mirror. Your eyes widened as you opened the door and were met by not only your dashing boyfriend but a bouquet of flowers as well.  “Jakurai… what is this?” You blushed as he offered you the bouquet and stepped inside. “Well, it’s Valentine's day and you worked hard to get the day off and I had to go in,” He explained as he removed his coat, “I felt that I should at least do something for you,” the doctor leaned in to give you a kiss. “Why are the lights out?”  “Oh! Well, it is Valentine’s Day after all!” You said with a wide smile, reaching out and taking Jakurai’s hand, pulling him towards the living room. “I took advantage of you being at work and put something together~” “Y/n… you didn’t have to,” Jakurai’s ears burned red, taking in the scene in front of him. On the living room table, you had prepared and spread out a nice dinner for the two of you, covered in candlelight. A bouquet of roses stood in a crystal vase surrounded by homemade chocolates. You walked over to the mantle and turned on the radio, soft jazz music dancing around the room.  “No, I didn’t have to, but I wanted to! You do so much for me, it’s the least I could do,” You returned to your boyfriend’s side, hugging his arm. “Happy Valentine’s Day, baby.”  The doctor wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you in for a kiss, “You make me so happy, y/n. Happy Valentine’s Day, I love you.”

Hifumi [ 伊弉冉 一二三 ]: It didn’t take much to make you jealous. Especially with your boyfriend being one of the top hosts in Shinjuku, envy seemed to come… naturally. Hifumi always assured you that he never did anything more than share a few drinks and maybe a kiss on the cheek with any of his patrons, and you believed him, you did, but that didn’t always stop your mind from wandering. The two of you had talked through his work and what that meant for the two of you countless times, what boundaries each of you had and what you were comfortable with. The waters always became testy around Valentine’s Day. Hifumi would come home with bags full of cards, sweets, bottles of alcohol, and some other… strange things the days leading up to Valentine’s. What were you to do for that special day if every woman and man in Shinjuku had already given Hifumi gifts more luxurious than you could fathom? Your boyfriend wasn’t stupid, he could tell something was up. Moreover, Hifumi knew what this was about. He knew dating a host was hard, and it was even harder over the love-focused holiday. So, he decided that for the first time in his host life, he would call in on Valentine’s. Before heading home from his division meeting with Jakurai and Doppo, he stopped by the small jewelry shop he knew you loved. The host had placed an order earlier in the week, the store clerk was in awe that the number one host in Shinjuku would purchase such a piece. Hifumi only blushed and insisted that there was more to his life than being a host, and there was only one exclusive patron of this high rank. The jeweler wished him well as Hifumi exited the shop with a small, velvet box. When he returned home, Hifumi walked around the apartment for you.  “Y/n?” He knocked on the bedroom door, pushing it open slowly. He frowned as he saw your sleeping figure huddled up in a cocoon of blankets. “Y/n, kitten, are you awake?” Hifumi placed a hand on your shoulder as he sat on the bed. “I thought you would be at work tonight…” you said, turning around and facing him.  He brushed your bangs from your face and leaned down to kiss your forehead. “Well, I was supposed to but, I figured I’ve spent too many Valentine’s Days without you.”  “Your boss must be cross with you,” you said as you sat up and leaned your head on his shoulder.  “Meh, he can deal with it, I need to spend time with my true Valentine after all!” Hifumi’s voice quickly switched to his normal, joyful tone. “Nee, y/n, can I ask you something?” “Hmm? Sure ‘Fumi, what is it?” “I Uhm, well,” His cheeks blossomed with pink, “Well you see uh, I… You make me so happy and I wanted to get you something to show that… also uhm! I know dating a host can be hard and all so I wanted there to be something you can always have to remind you that you’re the only one for me!” Hifumi smiled brightly, reaching into his pocket for the box. “This isn’t the ideal way I planned to do this, but it was a spontaneous thought, to do it tonight. I was gonna wait and take you somewhere real fancy but…” You had tears in your eyes already, slowly realizing what was happening. “Hifumi, baby, it's ok I… are you?”  Hifumi nodded and grabbed your left hand, kissing your knuckles and holding your hand by his face, “Y/n, will you marry me?” “Yes.”

Doppo [ 観音坂 独歩 ]: You hummed happily in front of the stove, soft music softly bumping from your phone. It was early morning and you miraculously managed to wake up early, earlier than your boyfriend too. Today was Valentine’s Day, so the only logical solution to your blessed coincidence was to make your special someone breakfast. You were hoping that you could surprise him with the meal in bed but… you didn’t hold your hopes too high. Doppo always got up painfully early to go to work on weekdays, and just because it was the weekend didn’t mean that the routine would be broken. It was a gamble to try and prepare something to surprise him before he woke up. You glanced briefly at your phone to check the timer you had going for the bacon in the oven, smiling as it seemed that you had just about half an hour left before your tired salaryman rolled out of bed. Alas, you spoke too soon as a pair of warm arms found their way around your waist and a chin sitting on your shoulder.  Doppo hummed and pressed a kiss to your cheek, “Good morning…” he yawned, not making any apparent moves to let go of your waist. “Ahh, Doppo! I was so close! You should have stayed in bed for another twenty minutes!” You pouted, craning your neck to face him. “Good morning to you too,” you allowed yourself to chuckle. “Someone’s affectionate this morning,” your chuckles turned into giggles as your boyfriend peppered kisses on your neck up to your cheeks. “Rest well?” “Mmhm,” the salaryman hummed in agreement, pausing his storm of kisses to peek over your shoulder. “What’re you making?”  You shook your head and smiled, “Well, it was going to be a surprise if someone didn’t get out of bed early!” you clicked your tongue, “I wanted to make you breakfast for Valentine’s Day, surprise you with it if I could… I thought I was doing well with the time too…” Doppo chuckled and kissed the back of your neck, “Hmm, I guess I could go lay down then? Let you finish in here?” “That would be lovely, baby,” you turned around to face him in his embrace and pecked his lips. “It’ll only be about…” you paused to check the time, “ten more minutes! Don’t get too cozy in there, ok?” The man in front of you smiled softly before catching your lips in another kiss. “I’ll try my best, sunshine.” Your cheeks burned red at the pet name, even though you’d been referred to as such many times before. With Doppo now out of the kitchen, you pulled your goodies out of the oven and put a pot of tea on to boil. You continued humming to yourself as you quickly whipped together a batch of pancake mix, spooning the batter in heart shapes in the pan. Once the pancakes were done and you had everything nicely plated, you grinned excitedly as you walked up the stairs to the bedroom, trays in hand. It may not be the ideal surprise you had envisioned, but you were still thrilled. You pushed the door open with your foot and giggled as you approached the bed, noticing that your boyfriend had dozed off.  “Pssst, Doppochi, I thought I told you not to get too comfy,” You placed the trays down and poked his cheek.  “Mm?” he rubbed the sleep from his eyes, “Oh, sorry…” You laughed, “No, no, it’s ok, you need your rest after all! Look! I made us breakfast~” Doppo smiled wide and kissed your cheek “You make me so happy, you know that?”

Samatoki [ 碧棺 左馬刻 ]:

Samatoki’s overprotectiveness takes the form of possessiveness. He knows that in a sticky situation that you can handle yourself, but he likes to let it be well known who’s you are

You aren’t surprised at all with Samatoki’s protectiveness and possessiveness. You honestly expected it a little going in

Whenever the two of you are out in public, eyes always follow you. Not only because you’re walking in hand with Samatoki, but because of the piercing glares he gives anyone and everyone who does as much as look your way

At the beginning of your relationship, Samatoki wasn’t keen on PDA, but one particular incident set him off 

The two of you were out on a weekend at a local bar when a man from a rival family approached you. 

Samatoki had stepped out for a moment to speak to someone, and when he got back he saw the other man too close to you for his liking 

He immediately yelled at the man from across the bar, causing you to shake your head and blush 

“Sorry, I’m already here with someone, thanks for the offer though!” You smiled as you stood up

As soon as you were within Samatoki’s reach, a strong arm was secured around your waist. You looked up to see your boyfriend with a grimace on his face

You stood on your toes and kissed his cheek before fishing two cigarettes and a lighter from your bag. You handed him one, lighting your own before igniting his in a cigarette kiss 

Whenever you were in a situation where Samatoki could be possessive, you could handle yourself and take control, but it was always fun to see how your boyfriend acted afterward

Ever since that night, whenever the two of you were out, an arm would always be around your waist or a hand in yours.

Occasionally when his hands on you aren’t enough, Samatoki would pull you in for a kiss, eyes always glaring over your shoulder at whoever was daring to look your way

Jyuto [ 入間銃兎 ]:

Jyuto also expresses his overprotectiveness through possessiveness, although not to as high of an extent 

As an officer, he knows how dangerous the world can be. He knows that you can handle yourself if you ever needed to, but he’d rather not think about you ever having to do that

He’s traditional in the sense of wanting to keep you out of harm's way and looking out for you wherever the two of you may go

Making sure the two of you aren’t out too late is a habit he’s made, he’d rather not do police business on a date night and continue the evening at home 

When you go off somewhere on your own, Jyuto always makes sure that you text when you arrive at your destination in one piece. 

He always insists that he should drive whenever the two of you go out, as well as making sure he knows anyone you’re going out with. None of this is out of jealousy, he just wants to make sure you’re safe 

Jyuto gets possessive whenever the two of you are in the red light district, surprisingly not because of any physical dangers, but because of the people who think they have a chance with you

Maybe part of it is because of his protectiveness and desire to keep you free from danger, but he hates when other men look at you. 

A glance or holding eye contact when you speak to them is fine, but if they dare look you up and down or stare at you for too long, you find yourself in Jyuto’s arms. 

He had no shame when it came to PDA. Absolutely none. If he saw the need to, he would spin you around and pull you in for a kiss. 

One time after a drunkard got too close for comfort, Jyuto moved his arm from around your shoulders to under your hips, lifting you bridal style and carting you out of the bar

You were a flustered mess, but you also found it endearing. Giggling you leaned up and kissed his lips. “Not a fan of drunks?”

“Absolutely not. I should go back and arrest that bastard, he’s been on our radar for weeks.”

“The station’s radar or yours?”

“Both.”

Rio [ 毒島 メイソン 理鶯 ]:

Rio is rather silent in his protectiveness, but he’s definitely the most adamant about it 

He knows you don’t need to be guarded like a damsel in distress, but he makes sure that you know how to protect yourself if he’s not there to protect you 

He insists that you let him teach you self defense martial arts and other methods he learned in the navy

It’s fun learning from Rio, he always knows your limits and how to push you just enough to make sure you make steady progress

Having his strong hands touch your arms and your waist while he corrects you is especially comforting, and his attention to detail is unnecessarily adorable

Rio also shows his protectiveness in small gestures when the two of you are at home

Little things like turning pot handles away from the edge of the stove or spotting you while you’re up on a ladder 

Besides being protective of you in the literal sense, he’s protective in your relationship as well

Rio is a bit of a tease and will wait till the last minute to make an appearance and scare off anyone who oversteps your boundaries 

He has a rather intimidating presence, so his overprotective gestures usually come in the simple form of standing behind you and looking over your shoulder 

Half the time you don’t realize he’s there until whoever is in front of you excuses themselves suddenly with a strange look on their face 

You always have a short moment of confusion before turning around and smiling once you see Rio

After the first incident of the night, Rio makes sure that he’s always by your side and doing something so that people know that you’re his

It’s little things like a hand on your back or shoulder, an arm around your waist, or holding your hand

You reassure him by kissing his cheek and hooking your arm around his, making sure your bodies are always touching even if it’s the smallest ways

it was raining out today and I had a dream about finding a stray kitty last night so I was rather inspired today to get this one done! I hope you enjoy it!

    The rain fell quietly on the pavement as you began your walk home from work. You gripped the umbrella handle tight to your chest as a gust of wind blew in from the nearby seaside. Whenever it rained in Yokohama, it always got cold and the air always smelled like a mix of dew and salt. On rainy days like this, you would rather be at home cuddled under a blanket on the couch with your boyfriend. Work was rather slow today, so your boss let you go home early, which you gratefully accepted. You quickly walked through the streets, excited to get home to the warmth of your apartment before Samatoki came to pick you up. While waiting at the crosswalk, you heard a quiet cry from the bushes beside you. You furrowed your brow and decided to ignore it, rocking on your heels as you waited for the light to turn red so you could cross. However, the cries became more prominent and demanding. 

    “What on earth?” You muttered to yourself as you turned on your heel and walked toward the bushes, sighing as you saw the light turn out the corner of your eye. At this rate, you were going to be late for your night with Samatoki, no time to change out of your work clothes either. 

    You crouched by the side of the bush and pushed a section of leaves away with your free hand. Placing your bag on the floor, you held the umbrella under your chin as you reached out and pulled the wet creature out from captivity. You looked down at the small kitten in your hand, expression softening as you watched it shake in the warmth of your hands. You took off your coat and wrapped the small cat inside, shuddering at the cold wind. It was better that you shiver than it. You walked quickly down the street, the lack of your warm layer motivating you to reach your destination faster. Samatoki’s apartment was closer… and the deeper the night grew, the colder it became. Hopefully, he hadn’t left yet...

    The door to Samatoki’s opened before you could knock. A surprising look of concern on his face. 

    “Y/n! Your hair is soaked… and why is your jacket off? Did something happen? Come inside, I don’t want you getting a cold.” He opened the door and ushered you in, walking to the linen closet to grab you a towel. Samatoki returned and draped the towel over your shoulders, taking your bag and umbrella from your arm. “You can hang your coat up, or do you want to run it through the dryer?”

    “Uhm…. well, maybe so, yes… but also um…” You slowly moved your coat to reveal the kitten underneath. “I found it walking home… and it looked so cold and helpless and it's so small… I couldn't just leave it there… my apartment complex doesn’t allow pets so I just brought it here...”

    The tiny cat moved in your arms and perched itself to look at Samatoki with curious eyes. You giggled as Samatoki squinted at the cat and bent down to stare at it. 

    “Oi, listen to me furball, you better understand how lucky you are to be rescued by y/n, ok? She went out of her way to keep you warm so you wouldn’t die in the rain, and now she’s gonna get sick all cause she used her coat to keep you warm. Ya understand that?”

The cat only meowed in response.

    You rolled your eyes and blushed before bending down and setting the kitten on the floor. “Babe, it’s just a kitten… are you jealous?~” a smirk grew on your face. “Awwww~ Samatoki’s jealous of the kitty~” you teased, using your towel to wrap around his neck and pull him closer to you. “Don’t worry darling, you’re still my number one, you just aren’t tiny and freezing in the rain. Don’t get any ideas either,” you warned before pecking his lips.

    You slung the towel over your shoulder and wandered into Samatoki’s kitchen, opening the pantry and searching for something to feed the stray cat. There wasn’t much suitable for a cat there… so you moved to the fridge. You smiled successfully as you spotted some leftover tuna from your sushi date a few nights ago. 

    “This should still be good…” You brought the carton up to your nose and sniffed the fish. Then, you grabbed a small rice bowl from the china cabinet and placed the fish inside after cutting it into small pieces. 

    Samatoki sighed as he leaned against the entryway to the kitchen, crossing his arms and watching as you cared for the kitten. It was endearing to see you care for the tiny animal, your kind heart was always something he loved about you. He found himself smiling softly as you laid on the floor with the cat, petting its head as it drank water and ate. 

    He came over to sit next to you, pulling you into his lap. “We’ll take it to the vet tomorrow morning and see if it belongs to anyone… and if not… I suppose we could keep it here if you’d like. Maybe it’ll persuade you to move in with me, huh?” 

    You shook your head with a smile, turning to kiss your boyfriend’s cheek. “I can’t believe you’re jealous of a kitten. It’s kinda cute though… you’re like a little puppy~”

    Samatoki’s ears turned red and he huffed, moving his arms away from you consequently. 

    You frowned as you felt his arms move away from your waist, “Wait! Babe! No! I was teasing! Come on, are you that embarrassed?”

    “Tch. No, your clothes are just wet. Let me grab some of mine for you to change into.”

    “Hm, fine.” You moved off his lap and followed him to the bedroom, smiling giddily to yourself. Samatoki only offered you his clothes when he was feeling jealous or possessive, you couldn’t believe all it took to get him like this was a kitten!

12 for valentine with bb and mtc??? 💕

hihi!! I’m planning on making one big post for MTC since they got quite the pile of requests (ya simps) so I’ll be posting just the BB ones in answer to this ask!  That being said, I didn’t write anything for Saburo bc my man is 14 and it’s a bit strange for me to write anything that isn’t platonic for him ^^’  Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy! I couldn't help myself so these turned into lil drabbles :)

Ichiro [ 山田一郎 ]: What an Ichiro thing to do, practice in the mirror. Being the hopeless romantic that he is, he wanted everything to be picture perfect. Every day it was the same routine, wake up, get ready for work, and spend five extra minutes (much to his brothers’ annoyance) rehearsing his lines in the mirror. He’d always wind up a mess, red to the tips of his ears and shaking his head. Just why was this so hard? Why couldn’t he have the balls to just… ask you out like a normal person? Was it his fear of losing you? His fear of rejection? Imperfection? Ichiro ran his hands over his face before staring at himself in the mirror. He gripped the edges of the vanity and took a deep breath. He could do this, nothing could go wrong, right? Except everything could. He stood nervously outside the cafe the two of you had agreed to meet at for lunch, rocking back and forth on his heels. Ichiro’s stomach only knotted tighter when he saw you turn the corner. Right, he could do this. He could do this. No big deal.  “Hi baby~” you approached him and pecked his cheek but you noticed your boyfriend’s worried expression. “Hey, Ichi, are you ok?” “Y-Yeah, I’m fine, don’t worry about me!” Ichiro chuckled as he reached down and took your hand in his. He led you down the street, walking straight past the cafe you had arranged to share lunch at.  “Ichiro, babe, we walked right by the cafe….” You squeezed his hand.  Ichiro’s shoulders tensed, “I know we planned on going to that cafe we had our first date at, for old times sake, but I thought you know, we could change it up a little?”  You didn’t buy it, “Mmmhm…” “W-What?! I’m being serious! Don’t look at me like that!” he stammered nervously.  “Ichi, look at me,” you moved to stand in front of him, taking his hands in yours. “What’s going on ?”  “I… god you always can see right through me, you know?” Ichiro smiled as he shook his head. “You’d think it would be me who was the confident and level-headed one, but it’s always been you,” he leaned down to press his forehead against yours. “I remember practicing how to ask you out in the mirror, I was a nervous wreck, but you let me take my time and were so patient.” You opened your mouth to respond but he shook his head and kept talking. “You know, I still haven’t broken that habit, being so nervous around you, especially when it comes to asking you things. Not like, where you want to eat or what anime to watch, but… bigger things, you know?”  You grinned, “Like when you asked me to move in with you and it took you two hours?” “Yeah, like that...” He blushed. “A-Anyways, I… I haven’t stopped practicing asking questions to the mirror, and it’s a lot harder when you live with the one you’re so nervously in love with.” Ichiro let go of one of your hands and reached into his back pocket. “Especially with this one. It’s been destined to be a perfect surprise,” He slowly started to go down on one knee, “But, through my years with you, I’ve learned to ditch the script. All of this has been genuine at the moment, but just this one line I’ve practiced saying in the mirror over and over again for years.” Ichiro looked up at you and smiled, squeezing your hand as he flipped open the box to reveal a slim, silver ring. “Y/n, will you marry me?”

Jiro [ 山田二郎 ]: “Ji-chan, where are we goin? I thought you were walking me home, we passed the block we needed to turn on minutes ago.” You glanced over to him.  “Yeah, yeah I know I just… I wanted to spend some more time with you if that’s ok?” He blushed, moving his hand so it was fully intertwined with yours, continuing to walk.  You smiled, squeezing his hand and pulling his jacket closer around yourself with your free hand. “Of course it is, ya goof,” you nudged his shoulder with yours, “anywhere in specific you’re taking me?”  “Hmmm,” Jiro furrowed his brow in thought, tapping a finger to his lips. “Oh! “Jiro-kun why are we in Shinjuku? Who do you know all the way out here?” You asked while looking around the city’s night lights.  “Nah, it’s not too far, y/n. I come here for jobs often, come on, follow me!” He grabbed your hand and ran. “Agk! Jiro! I can only go so fast!” You couldn’t help but giggle as you followed after him, “Where are we going anyway?”  “Rightttt here!” Jiro came to a halt in front of a neon bar sign.  “A bar? Babe, we’re both underage can we even go in there?” you looked at him confused.  “Nah, it’s fine we can go in, they serve non-alcoholic drinks! Well, to me at least,” He scratched the back of his neck. “Anyways! In we go!” Jiro quickly put on his usual act of annoying confidence, pushing you inside after opening the door for you.  “Welcome in~” the bartender behind the bar didn’t look up from the glass she was cleaning. “Oh! Jiro-chan! I didn’t know you were stopping by! Who’s this? Hmm?” “Yo Urumi!” Jiro waved his hand across the bar before reaching for your hand and making his way to the counter. “Uh, Urumi, this is my partner y/n. Y/n, this is Urumi, she’s uh a really good friend of mine.” “Hi! It’s nice to meet you, Urumi… san? kun?” “Just Urumi is fine, dear,” The bartender, Urumi, slid two glasses of cola across the bar with a smile before lighting a cigarette, “So you’re the one Jiro’s always blabbin about and asking advice for?~ It’s nice to meet you finally! This one always takes his sweet time when bringin people down here~” She leaned over the counter.  “Y-yeah…” Jiro blushed, “I remember practicing how to ask you out in the mirror here… and Urumi just had to walk in on me, then she made me explain everything so she could help…” He admitted bashfully, looking at you, “Ever since, each time I come here she begs me to bring you” “Well, I’m glad you did! Practice asking me out in the mirror and bringing me here to meet your friend, it’s really sweet,” You blushed and looked down into your drink. “Mmhm! Isn’t Jiro-chan the cutest? All traditional and not taking you to meet his friends till it got serious~” Urumi chuckled.  “Oi… don’t go embarrassin me now…”

Ichiro [ 山田一郎 ]:

It isn’t hard to make Ichiro blush, which was a bit of a surprise to you. You knew he was a bit on the dorkier side but well… you didn’t think it would be this easy.

There were of course a few specific things you would do, but most of the time it would be so adorably random. You could do as much as glance his way and his cheeks would burn.

You could smile at him, wear a specific outfit or your hair a certain way and he’d be red from his neck to his ears.

Sometimes it would be the smallest things like making the first move to hold his hand or kiss him on the cheek. Other times, you would purposefully make him blush by matching outfits or better yet his clothes.

Of course the easy succumbing to blushing was a mutual battle. So much so that the two of you decided to make it a bit of a competition. 

In theory, it was a good idea, in practice? Well, in practice it destroyed you both. The pair of you happened to be hopeless romantics and easily flustered by the other.

After your boyfriend had an embarrassingly successful win by choosing to sing a love song during family karaoke night, you began to scheme your revenge.

One thing that never failed to make Ichiro turn into a blushing mess was when you wore his clothes. So, naturally, you could go for the low-hanging fruit and indulge in that which never failed… Or you could take that easy answer and expand on it… which is exactly what you did.

You were supposed to meet your darling odd-job extraordinaire for lunch that afternoon, and you decided that was the perfect time to get revenge

After digging around in Ichiro’s closet, you assembled the perfect boyfriend-destroying outfit. You had one of his t-shirts that was at least three sizes too big for you tucked haphazardly into a pair of jeans, a set of rings you had purchased in your own size to match his own, and to top it all off, one of his sports jackets. 

“I~chi~kun~” you grinned deviously as you snuck up behind him and wrapped your arms around his waist. He was distracted by something on his phone as he stood waiting outside the cafe you agreed to meet at and hadn’t seen you coming. 

“Agk! Y/n you startled me!” He jumped, yet a chuckle bubbled in his throat as he turned around to face you. “How are you doing todaaayyy– o-oh,” Ichiro’s face was already warm from your surprise attack, but now it burned. His eyes were glued on you, cheeks pink as he took in what you were wearing. 

You giggled at his cute reaction, standing on your toes and pecking his lips, “Take a picture baby it’ll last longer~”

Jakurai [ 神宮寺寂雷 ]:

Jakurai was surprised the first time you expressed any excessive amount of affection towards him. He wasn’t unexpecting, but it did catch him off guard just a bit

The first time you openly kissed him in public was when you were dropping off his lunch at the clinic. You had to stand on your toes to reach remotely close to his lips, but he met you halfway 

One of the nurses walked by and giggled as you waved cheerily to your boyfriend as you left out the sliding doors, leaving Jakurai a blushing mess

After that, small bits of PDA were common as months went on, holding hands while walking through town, oftentimes your arm linked around his. You’d tug him in and out of various cafes and shops around town, a large grin on your face met with a tender smile on his

At home, you always have dinner waiting for him once he gets off work. He’s always greeted at the front door to your apartment with a peck on the cheek, followed by a tug on his sleeve to usher him inside

After dinner, the two of you are commonly found on the couch together, usually watching whatever is on the TV mindlessly

It only takes minutes for you to migrate from your seat next to him to his lap, beaming as he chuckles lightly when your hair brushes against his face.

He wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you in close, resting his chin on your shoulder so he can still see the screen. At such an angle, it’s easy for him to lean over and kiss your cheek

You’re flustered for a moment at the unexpected forwardness of affection, ears blushing rose as you turn around to face him

“y/n, move, I can’t see the screen”

“You weren’t watching that anyway, don’t lie, darling.”

“Hmmm, maybe so. You weren’t watching either, love.”

“Sorry, I was distracted by something nicer to look at~”

You smirked and grabbed his face, bringing your lips together for a kiss, giggling as you pressed your foreheads together

Jakurai shook his head with a smile, “Hi”

“Hi!~”

You turned back around and reclaimed your seat in his lap, snuggling into his arms with a smile, a content sigh escaping your lips

Jakurai’s fingers soon start brushing through your hair as he starts to braid small sections while looking down at you with a fond gaze

You would do the same for him, braid his hair. Usually it would be after a shower or before he went to work in the mornings. 

The first time you’d asked him if you could braid his hair, he was a bit hesitant. He expressed to you that he had a friend in the past who would braid his hair, and that he hadn’t braided it since. However, you were his girlfriend and he trusted you more than anything

After that, braiding hair became a daily routine, a way to relax and calm down after a long, taxing day. Sometimes, you would doze off in Jakurai’s lap as he braided your hair in bed. You could always hear a soft chuckle in your dreams when he realised you were asleep, a kiss on your forehead the last thing your mind remembers before dozing off completely

You and Dice both have a lot of energy, it's one of the many reasons the two of you pair together so well

The two of you have so much energy put together that Gentaro literally groans whenever the two of you enter a room together with a mischievous expression on your faces

There’s always mischief planned and you two get in trouble… a lot. Truth or dare games are a regular occurrence and boy do the two of you come up with some crazy stuff

Crazy goose-chases around Shibuya and toeing the line of legality when it comes to pranks is your form of a romantic day on the town

One of Dice’s favorite things that you do is when you run into his arms for a hug. You’re a good head and a half shorter than him, and easy to carry too

Whenever the two of you are out and about, you often find yourself riding on Dice’s back or shoulders. He’s strong enough to carry you around as if you were a little kid. The two of you could care less about the questionable looks from bystanders. 

You have a pretty hard time sitting still for long periods of time, so whenever you have to, you find yourself drumming your fingers on Dice’s thigh to the rhythm of one of his songs

Dice never fails to get flustered whenever you reach over to play with his fingers, he thinks its crazy adorable 

He likes to tease you for your lacking ability of reaching the top shelf, purposefully hiding things up high so you have to ask for his help. You always try and do it yourself first, but his help is always needed in the end. 

“Dice! Why did you put the ketchup up there! You know I can’t reach!”

“Heheheh! Well, if ya want it you could always ask for help.”

“No! I’ll get it myself!”

Dice has to stop you from climbing onto the countertop

Every time you would buy a stool, Dice would throw it out. You stopped trying after stool number 4…. eventually, you got shorter shelves

You’re always the first one awake, so you sit up in bed and poke Dice’s cheeks till he wakes up. If that doesn’t work, you usually resort to punching his arm. It takes about three punches on average 

After causing chaos all day, you easily fall asleep in Dice’s arms at night, the world knowing peace for the few hours you sleep

Samatoki [ 碧棺 左馬刻 ]:

Your energy level is quite the foil to Samatoki’s. However, the two of you complement each other well

Your high energy keeps your boyfriend on his toes

While it may seem like he’s brooding and stubborn, all your energetic antics make his heart skip a beat

He loves it when you take his hand and excitedly pull him along when the two of you are out on the town

Samatoki usually keeps his bad-boy, laid-back attitude in check when the two of you are in public, but sometimes he cracks. Especially when you ask him to do something for you with a smile

Your high energy can be draining for both yourself and Samatoki, so days staying in and relaxing are frequent.

It’s hard for you to simply sit around and do nothing, so your fingers are usually running through Samatoki’s hair while the two of you lounge on the couch

Whenever you get nervous, your energy rises. Samatoki can always tell when something is bothering you because you’d swiftly clean around the house or your leg would bounce frequently. 

If the two of you are alone at home, he’d quietly come up behind you and wrap his arms around you comfortingly, leaning down to kiss the back of your neck before scooping you into his arms

“Oi! Samatoki! Put me down! I was in the middle of something!” you smack his shoulders.

“Not anymore, you need a break.”

Other times, you spend weeks excitedly planning a day out with your boyfriend. Samatoki is fairly busy throughout the week with both division and work matters.

He can always tell when you have something planned because you wake up early and make coffee in the kitchen, happily humming along to music. Samatoki never fails to find himself smiling as he asks what you have planned for the day

When you make day plans, they’re day plans, not just an outing for a few hours. You keep him busy for as long as you can. Different cafes, shops, activities

The two of you are exhausted by the time you return home after dinner, and you barely make it to bed before passing out
