Sleeping was not a need, for a God- It was merely a whim, a desire to at least try and pretend to rest, in an attempt to relax nerves that had already reached their breaking point after a single game of chess: one that he shouldn’t have lost, the only one that would’ve been worth winning- But the Fortune turned her head and left Thanatos alone to bear with the consequences.

Ever since he could remember, he had shared the bed with his brother, call it a reminescence of an incredibly ancient past that saw them getting more along than they did in those times, but it was an habit they had never lost- A vaguely nice one that still psoed a problem, in that case- Which was waking up right next to Hypnos.
