Last night, my friend Fennikal and I decided to watch Parkour Civilization for funsies, and he kept mentioning this tweet he showed me the day before:

I laughed at the idea and kept teasing him that I'd do it. And, uh... halfway through, I decided to do it for one section of the video. Been thinking about triggers, recently. Triggers never really work that well on me after a while, and it's specifically when files will remind the listener "if you need to, you can come up easily" etc etc. Like, I KNOW it's for people who aren't as good with agency, but it just always brings me up :/ if you wanna push me down, you have to mean it.
