A lot of the things that are used for homophobia by people aren't actually like. Homophobic. People just interpreted it wrong and claimed it to be homophobic! A lot of people go in depth about how misused all the verses are. Ofc I'm not Christian myself and like. There could be things I don't know? But I do know I've seen videos dissecting what people used as arguments agaisnt LGBT+ people and all of it was never saying homosexuals were bad. Like I said I could be mistaken tho 🥺
I agree with you. Verses have definitely been added into the Bible to take shots at LGBT+ folk. It's a very old book, so over thousands of years it most definitely has been manipulated to fit some peoples agendas. (Also that one verse that puts gay people on the same wavelength as murderers. Yeah it ain't good I'll tell you that much-)
