what happened with your job? D:
Basically, I had a very minor panic attack on Friday as I believed someone had left without paying. I told the manager, who told me to go round and ask if anyone had done the card machine thing. Allegedly, someone who was training us waitresses had printed it and then tried to hand it to me, I'd said yes and then walked off. It conspires I was saying yes to someone at the bar, and that because it's so loud in there I never even heard her, or realised she was there. So, I found out what had happened, and that my manager had pocketed the receipt to see how I'd react (How horrible is that?!) I was visibly shaken by that, so with permission I went for a quick break upstairs in the staff room. I was there for minute, max. I went back down and readied myself back for work, when the manager asked for a word. She then tried to fire me on account of my panic attacks, when I have mental problems and panic disorder. She realised this, asked me to go back in yesterday, where I told them, you physically cannot fire me for having a disability. And recited my long practiced speech: I quit, due to your unprofessional management, ignoring your staffs health issues, purposely trying to gain a negative emotional reaction from me, and failing to make a compromise for me considering my health issues (according the UK law I'm actually disabled.), I've found my time here incredibly stressful, as has the rest of the staff, and as a result of this, I am resigning, effective immediately.
I also may get a lawyer involved because of the way they treated me.
So, that's what happened with my job. I fucked bitches up ;D
