Is it possible to go into hypoglycemic shock without being diabetic? Like just from not eating much. Also, I read that there are different levels of hypoglycemia and the lowest level consisted of hunger pains and feeling like vomiting, 1/2
2/2 and I feel like that a lot.. What are the lasting affects of experiencing these symptoms long term?
Yes, it’s possible, but if it happens when you are not diabetic, it may indicate you should be tested for diabetes, or other health conditions.
I’m not totally certain in this aspect, but at the least if you are having these symptoms a lot but not being treated, you may exacerbate the condition. It may not be diabetes / hypoglycemia but another condition that could require just as serious attention.
This isn’t my area of expertise, so could someone else step in to help?
